Michelle L. Fordham, Broker

Michelle possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, mortgage finance, and insurance.  She has been an active real estate agent since 1999.  She is a pre-licensing instructor approved by the NC Real Estate Commission to teach the mandated course for those who seek to become licensed real estate brokers.

In addition to her career in real estate, she has worked as a mortgage loan originator and as a property and casualty insurance agent.  She is a graduate of the NC School of Science & Mathematics and Excelsior College.  She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from East Carolina University with a concentration in Development and Environmental Planning.
